Reviewed from notes. This was poured into a snifter. The appearance was a mildly dark orange color with a thin cap of a white foamy head that dissipated at a delicate pace. Sly stringy lace. The aroma had some soft sweet dough up front, then banana, a touch of sweet vanilla, and then robust caramel to toffee malts flowing evenly on in for a fair balance. The flavor seemed to meld all of the previously mentioned aromas together somewhat nice. Some herbal qualities come out and dampens the aftertaste somewhat nicely. Quick malty finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Sturdy carbonation. ABV felt fine as projected by the brewer. Overall, fairly nice Winter Warmer that I'd have again.
