A: Head starts off thick, creamy looking, and white in color. Body is orangish brown and somewhat hazy (chill?). Quite a bit of lacing on the glass.
S: Purely floral in the nose as far as hop aroma goes. There's also a wet paper/cardboard scent.
T: I don't think I have ever really come across a beer that actually tasted floral. This is what I would imagine a mouthful of petals to taste like. Barest hint of citrus rind. And the wet paper aroma has translated into flavor as well.
M: Not very big on body. Carbonation gets a little foamy.
O: I imagine it's more difficult to make a good single hop beer than a multi-varietal, so I appreciate the effort. That being said, some work needs to be done to add greater dimension to the flavors and move this away from being a flower bomb.
