A: Pale yellow color. Hazy appearance. Head is absent.
S: Crisp apple, yeasty notes. Absent is the wet paper/cardboard smell I typically find in Hometown brews.
T: Honeycrisp apple, pear, yeast, light earthiness. Alcohol is well hidden initially, and slowly reveals itself with warming. Peppery notes in the finish.
M: Very light for the ABV. Somewhat dry finish.
O: Actually pretty good. I hope this beer is a sign that Hometown is hitting their stride in the brewing department.
