A: Black in color, small khaki head off the pour which recedes quickly.
S: Light malt roast is the extent of the nose.
T: Roasted malt flavor is more robust than the nose suggested and is quite nice.
M: The feel closely resembles that of a nitro stout (Guinness came to mind immediately), though with more of the thinness side than the "creamy" nitro. It works for this beer.
O: Quite a solid beer, and highly sessionable. No bourbon characteristics are present, though I didn't ask where the "Burbon" name comes from.
