19 IBUs, 6.7% ABV. The Grand Cru was intended to be SBC's finest product, and it is an instant favorite of many, including non-beer drinkers. It's a Belgian Witbier spiked with 50 pounds of honey. Bittered just slightly with German Hallertau hops to balance the flavor, we use hand-crushed coriander and the orange peel that makes this style the classic that it is. Enough said!
