Moderate head provides a coating of lace initially. Dark gold color with a very mild haze.
Grapefruit hop nose with lots of yeast bite.
Round pale malt up front does not dissipate until the swallow where a strong bitter flavor takes hold and lasts for a long time. The body is rich, which with low carbonation from the drawn pump, makes the beer feel creamy.
