The CBC Coffee is one our Nano beers which are usually experimental and available at our taproom only. We sometimes brew them multiple times and if they end up being really popular, we distribute them. These beers are done in very small batches on a 1bbl system. The cold brew coffee is added in secondary fermentation, usually 7-10 days from when the yeast is pitched.

Pours a dark, clear brown color; excellent carbonation; thick and creamy off-white head. Powerful aroma of roasted coffee beans. Complex malt tastes with a deft touch of coffee flavor; toffee and vanilla; hazelnuts; minimal perceived hop bitterness. Heavy body; thick and silky; big residual sugar note.
The beer is brewed with coffee roasted and supplied by Big Medicine Ranch. Papua New Guinea coffee was used.
