As described via flyer from 2013 Craft Beer Expo at Canterbury Village: This German Style Blonde Bock is lighter in color than traditional Bock due to the absence of dark roasted malt, yet every bit as rich and malty.
Poured kind of a rosey brown color with thick off white head. Very nice malty taste which has zero indication of the 7.6% ABV that is present. I think this beer would pair nicely with just about anything off of the grill.
