Almost no head, semi clear amber orange red colored.
Nose is quite fruity, apple, pear, nice lager fruits you almost think as Belgian, lots of apple, light caramel and amber malts, light herbal hops, light toasty fresh cracked malt.
Taste starts with light reddish malt, amber toasty malts with caramel and some sweetness. Then fruits again, plenty of caramel apple, light pear, hint of apricot, etc. Then light fruity grassy hops, slightly herbal, and just a touch of possible oxidation. Finish dries but remains semi sweet with more apple cider, light grassy hops and hint of bitterness.
Mouth is med to lighter bodied, little carb.
Overall not bad but lacking a bit, nice malts but a bit too sweet, hops add a nice touch, but slight possible oxidation, and too fruity overall. But for an israeli beer pretty good.
