This easy-drinking, yet wonderfully hoppy session IPA has loads of tropical fruit – guava, passion fruit and ripe mango – on the nose and a refreshingly tart, red wheat malt finish to its clean, light body.

12 oz can. Pours hazy golden with tall, long lasting, fluffy white head and lively carbonation. Aroma is of citrusy hops, tropical fruit and bready malt. Body is medium and crisp. Citrusy and herbal hops, biscuit malt and ripe fruit fill the mouth. Finish is long and dry. Average session brew.

Pours a hazy light-honey orange with a half finger of fuzzy head that settles to a few floaters and a ring of lace. Aroma mostly apricot. Taste follows nose, a bit earthy, a bit dank. Thin on the mouth feel.

Lovely upfront citrus taste and hoppy feel. Smooth and easily sipped. Great beer from BB!

Try 1. Happy to be the 10th review of this and Bronx Belgian Ale (both are winners!)
A. My pour into Duvel glass resulted in 1 finger head, of dense white, that lasted but did not lace. The body is dull, cloudy yellow-amber.
S: Moderate aromas of dank tropical fruits, with grassy, earthy notes.
T: Follows the smell, the taste continues with earthy hay, a bit of apricot, and the dank flavors of tropical fruits that resolve in a solid balance of bitterness. Not sweet, not one-noted as some session IPAs can be.
F: For a session ale, this is 5% and medium-bodied, crisp on the palate with moderate carbonation. Weightier than most session IPAs.
O: Solid offer, and must be compared with All-day and Boat for starters. Try 1.
