Pours clear amber/gold with a white head that leaves nice lacing. Aroma is fruity with pine notes. Flavor follows the nose, a touch sweet initially but quickly becomes full of hoppy bitterness. Feel is medium bodied, adequately carbonated. Overall, a pretty nice beer.

Cloudy, amber color. pine, citrus, stone fruits, and malt in the aroma. Sweet malty start followed by strong, hoppy bitterness. An average, double IPA.

Stove pipe can, dating info stamped on the bottom is unreadable.
Pours out with a slight haze, lighter honey amber. Leaving fine strands and bits of lacing.
Crackers malts and a whiff of honey grahams.
On the palate, I get more honey, some candied oranges, some alcohol as might be expected from a 10% DIPA….pretty darn good and well worth a try

Poured into a wide mouth, grip shaped goblet: color is straw gold, super clear, head is bright white with fine bubbles, head presents one finger thick, head diminishes to thin top and spotty lacing.
Smell is pine, earth, citrus pith and light juice, some very light toasted biscuit malt, light fruity booziness.
Taste is more pine, earth, citrus, with resin and light honey notes, some biscuit and toast, light booziness.
Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, moderate bitterness.
Overall a very good DIPA in the classic sense - hoppy, bitter, not hazy, not oversweet.

Poured from a 16 oz can that I bought in NYC.
Hazy, light gold beer with a nice white head and lots of lace. Aromas of tropical fruit and woody, herbal hops. Flavors dominated by tropical fruit, but also some bready malt. Creamy carbonation and strong hops bitterness. This is a pleasant DIPA that is on the sweet and hazy side.

A fruity bouquet of citrus in the aroma, a bittersweet grapefruit.
On the tongue: light carbonation, hops and tart grapefruit on the pallet and exhale.
A treat for the senses, the perfect sundowner IPA

Look: Hazy, mustard yellow. Solid head retention.
Smell: Tons of citrus, hoppy dankness, pine and seaside air.
Flavor: Quite a complex fruit froward start. Orange creamsicle, bit of clove, bit of biscuit. A solid bitter finish
that creeps up on you and as it develops, it almost turns savory like a dark soy sauce. However, interestingly, that bitterness isn't in competition with the fruit on the palette which also continues developing into ripe mango, peach cobbler.
Feel: Medium carbonation with a medium-full body. It's sticky but not nearly as big or cloying as a lot of IPAs at this ABV in this style.
Overall: Based on mouthfeel and aroma, I would not guess this was clocking in at a deceptive 10.1%. While it could easily be downed, it's well worth the slow sip. This is a beer where every five minutes, new flavors are coming forth. Not to mention, the finish is so long, it deserves to be savored.
