Look: Hazy straw yellow, one finger head
Smell: Grapefruit, lemon, canned tropical fruit, thyme
Taste: Pink grapefruit, lemon-lime, unripe pineapple, baked salt
Feel: Light body, lingering rounded finish, medium-light carbonation. Very effervescent, pleasant carb
Overall: Acidity bomb but with a balanced end note and lingering finish. The finish just keeps on changing and changing from canned pineapple to clean lemon water to cranberry. Great beer.
