Amber color with a thick thin head.
Malty aroma with notes of grapefruit citrusy and malt sweetness.
Flavor with notes of slightly toasted malts, some pine, grapefruit, caramel and faint toffee. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Light towards medium body with appropriate carbonation.
APA that feels like a smaller traditional version of an American IPA, including some unexpected toasted and spicy notes.

There's not much that's more ironically than statues of liberty, thin crust pizza and American pale ale. And it seems that the Bronx Brewery is quite adept at all of these.
Their American Pale Ale hits the glass with a soft amber glow through a fine hop haze before crowning with an eggshell white froth. The classic scent of citrus and spruce is draped in toasted granola and caramel accented malts for a hop-forward shift in scent. Sweeter on the tongue, the malt influence of caramel, toast and nuttiness carry that granola flavor further before being met with hops of pink grapefruit and orange zest character. Trending drier and increasingly bitter, the late taste keeps the hops prevalent for character and palatability.
Medium bodied, Bronx Brewery doesn't move the needle of the pale ale but it does hit all the moderate marks of the style with pin-point precision. For craft lovers, this ale fits the tastebuds like a glove.

Deep, amber color. Caramel malt, pine, and some nuts in the aroma. Malty taste with decent hoppy bitterness and a somewhat astringent finish. A solid APA.

Amber in color with a semi-white, semi-tan head. Nice malty nose and malty taste. Decent amount of bitterness on backend. Flavor continues across palate for a long time.

This is a great everyday American Pale Ale. When consum e on draft it showcases a beautiful head, with insane retention and this wonderful lacing. Just bitter enough and caramely in a way that makes you want to drink more.

Look: Clear orange. One finger of frothy white head with good retention.
Smell: Orange and lemon peel, mild.
Taste: Mild citrus flavor, a bit of malt, immediately subsumed by bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Average, with high carbonation.
Overall: A plain and unassuming pale ale.

Beer #9 in 2020:
Great colour, appropriate head for the style. Lots of hops on the nose.
I was half finished it before I even knew I was drinking it too fast. Flavour galore.
With a rebel yell, I cry “More, More, More!”

Day 8 on the Beer Advent Calendar
Nice one finger head and orange hue. Good mix of aroma, piny citrus. Citrus did not come out in the taste nor the advertised "Big english malt", more of a piny hops.

This is phenomenal
L: 4.25 On the darker side of pale ales but still transparent with a medium to large head. Moderate carbonation.
S: 4 Bright floral notes. Hoppy. Malty.
T: 4 Follows the nose.
F: 4 Medium bodied with enough carbonation to break things up
O: 4.25 The flagship of Bronx Brewery should get more hype. I'd compare it to SN PA, perhaps superior.
