Minimal light passes through the center of the glass -- dark brown color. Moderate head that dies quickly to rim bubbles. Spots for lace.
I smell graham crackers, milk chocolate and a mild toasted bread. The aroma is close to a S'more.
Rich and creamy with a modest amount of carbonation. The taste starts strong with some deeply toasted white bread (but not quite burnt). There's then an unusual lull in flavor, but the swallow draws out faint brandy flavors along with the more traditional milk to semi sweet chocolate tastes. Complex and refreshing.
