Tried this as a suggestion from the waitress at the brewery to sample a nitro injected brew. Pretty good.

Tried it in a side-by-side taste test with a CO2 pour and a Nitro pour. Definitely prefer Nitro.

On Nitro: pint on draught
Semi foggy appearance with a nice head that lasts for quite some time. Hints of bread and very light floral notes on the front end finishing very smooth. This is definitely a great example of what a blonde ale is.
