2017 release, the product of three years in Heaven Hill barrels. Numbered as one of 300 bottles. Smells like three years in a barrel, heavy on the oak wood with peat and brine, plus a hint of tartness. Not much bourbon spice coming through, however. The palate is quite similar, with the addition of some chocolate and yeasty undertones. Moderate body and smooth mouthfeel.
