L- Looks beautiful, an opaque dark black brown, a wispy beige head that fades into thin lacing.
S- Big bourbon nose with roasted overtones, dark malt and oak.
T- Tastes much like it smells, big bourbon up front with some licorice notes & roasted coffee finish.
F- Pleasant feel in the mouth, not as thick as I may have anticipated.
O- Straight bourbon up front with an excellent complex finish.
Brewed in August 2011 in honor of the Triton opening, then aged for 49 months in a 7 year old Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrel! An extremely limited production available only on tap at the brewery on their anniversary.
