A - Hazy yellow body, short fast-fading head, minimal lacing.
S - Bright acidic nose, lots of lemon and a touch of barnyard.
T - Folows the nose, with lemon and a bit of yogurt, a tinge of salt, and biscuit malt and honey in the close.
M - Brisk and clean. Slight trailing acidity.
O - A mighty fine local Gose. Best beer from Triton I've had.

Lemony citrus and lactic acid dominate the aroma, with a touch of soft wheat and salt.
Flavor is fairly lactic sour initially, fading to wheat and lightly bready notes mid palate. Salinity is well balanced.
