Gose is a style of ale that originated in Goslar, Germany early in the 16th Century. The Axl Gose is brewed with orange peel, coriander and Himalayn Pink Salt, and is inoculated with lactobacillus bacteria after the boil to add sourness. Dominant flavors include notes of citric tartness, slight herbal characteristics, and a hints of minerality and saltiness.
