From a 66 cl green bottle, this brew is labeled with labeled to be consumed by 07/08. It's a pale yellow beer with a fairly firm and rocky white head. It has a malty, floral, and somewhat sweet smell. There's just a bit of grass, and a faint Saaz hop aroma. The hops could be somewhat more pronounced, but it's a respectable smell. The taste is a little flat and underwhelming. It's a touch sweet in the foretaste, but dries out by the finish. Not much to add...the malt aroma doesn't translate the the taste. A medium to light body, and a finish that's just a touch bitter. Could have more hop flavor in the finish. Not bad, but it doesn't fall entirely on the mark.
