A - pours with a small, white head of foam on a clear, golden body. The head fades quickly and leaves almost no lace.
S - sweet malt and little else.
T - grainy malt and a touch of honey. Some musty hops and lingering sweetness.
M - medium-thick body, moderately low carbonation, and a sweet finish.
D - oddly the increased sweetness is overbearing and makes this much less enjoyable than the base beer.

A: no head to speak of with on a clear light gold body.
S: light malt, as oppose to the regular kolsch, the honey adds a light sweet note to this one.
T: more light malt in the flavor with the usually difficult to harness honey flavor very much evident in the finish contributing nicely to the mouthfeel as well.
M: light bodied and moderate to high carbonation. Refreshing. The honey adds a creaminess which transitions very interestingly from the bite of the noble like hop note in the flavor.
Overall: the honey was a nice touch to this one. A very well made beer.
