This beer pours a pale amber with a medium sized head. The aroma is clean and bright, with biscuit malts, toast, a touch of pepper and floral tones. The flavor is richer than the aroma, with toast and biscuit malts coming through strongly, and nutmeg, pepper, and floral hop notes. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with solid fizzy carbonation. Overall this is a nice Vienna lager - a bit light on aroma, but full flavored and delicious.
