Murky brass with pitted off white head.
Candied lemon peel with musty white grape on the nose with Madeleine underneath.
Fresh baguette and amazing candied grapefruit hops.
Sorbet finish and tingly linger. Crisp, round, creamy.
With Citra and cava yeast, truly unique. The Citra is front and centre and the yeast gives a great velvety body. Best Catalan beer yet.

330ml bottle served into an Oversized glass.Enjoyed on sep´11.Pours golden blond in color.Chill haze.Off-white crown & fairly good retention.Nice lacing rings.Intense piney & floral aromas.Rough & sharp bitter upfront, smooth malty tasting follows.Slightly lemony in the middle.Quince flavor finish.Medium body, medium carbonation.Refreshing.Well balanced beer.Should be considered it´s not my favorite style. Eventhough I´ve had more than just a couple. I´d better change my mind about Golden/blond beers. Enjoyable.
