Look- Nice 'homely' label with nice textured design- Beer very yellow and hazy. Got a tropical character to it
Smell- Very aromatic, what you would expect
Taste- Punchy tropical hop flavours,
Feel- Quite dry, the taste doesn't linger for long in the mouth.
Overall- It's very aromatic when you're about to take a sip you're senses will be consumed by it. It might be quite nice with a sweet desert to highlight the tropical hop flavours and not with salty cheese. It isn't the most refreshing for me, but it ticks the boxes if you're looking for that full-on citrus/ cascade/ motueka etcc... hopy flavour experience.

From cask at Teuchters in Edinburgh. Interesting to see a DDH Pale Ale outside of the US but the craft beer scene seems to be vibrant in Edinburgh. Smooth and creamy with plenty of hops all the way through. Not too bitter and since it’s cask this is almost like a New England PA. Enjoyable and unique Pale.
