A dark copper colored beer with a settling head,
The smell is mostly malty with distinct German malty notes. The yeast character is clean and has a bottom fermented smell.
The taste has a nice malty base with a Geman malt quality. The hops are very subtle and the bitterness is low. The drinkability is high.
A previous bottle has too much yeast or was just too young, which made the taste blurry and the character totally different. This bottle is much more like a German example of the style.

Light amber color, clean, good appearance, whit an off-white and creamy foam.
Malty smell, with the right biscuit note. Intense, not bad.
In the taste malt -biscuit, correct.
Nothing exceptional, but a correct lager beer.
Average to light body, malt and biscuit again in the aftertaste.
