A: Pour is deep brown with reddish hues. Large beige head, kind of compact. Rather nice lacings.
S: Chocolate galore, in a very nice way. Sweet and slightly roasted dark malts. Besides the heavy chocolate, there's also liquirice, faint coffee, some vanilla and modest dark dried fruits.
T: Follows the nose but roast is heavier and there's lots of hops.
M: Long lovely sweet chocolaty aftertaste. Body is full and carbonation held back.
O: A very nice surprise; the Polacks made an excellent Stout with chocolate.
