Good color, good mouthfeel. That's about where the positives end. From the smell you can tell this is overly hopped for a brown ale.
Harmony brews a large number of pale ales, and it shows in their brown. By far the hoppiest I've tried.
My recommendation: if you're a fan of malty or dark beers, take a miss. If you like pale ales, order one of those instead.
