5oz at brewery:
A little amber side of golden for a blonde, but a lovely lace-producing collar makes up for it.
Nose is pretty light - a little honey tang on a fairly blank pale ale canvas.
Taste bring a honey grain bread up front with a little bit of orange marmalade sweetness. A slightly herbal bitterness hits mid-taste, morphing into a light minty flavor. Moderate carbonation provides just enough bite to further this impression.
Pretty straightforward beer, decently done.
