Limited edition beer made at the BJ's Brewery in Woodland Hills, CA for his wife, Jennifer.
Served in a 10oz tulip
Nose is big and spicy with a blend of cinnamon and banana and spicy Saaz flowers.
Flavor is cinnamon and cloves with a candied orange peel malt. Ginger is the closing note of the palate as alcohol warms the finish.
Amazingly smooth and drinkable beer that has evolved to a sweeter finish. Be warned though if Jennifer comes knocking only have one or she'll knock you out.
