I was told by the server that this is the first non-chain recipe that the brewer at the BJ's in Oxnard CA has brewed. It was his owns concoction and he named it after his new son. I forgot to ask what the kids name was. Oh well.
This is a good looking beer. It is a light tan with a decent ring but no head. The ring did leave decent lacing.
There is a very strong corn smell to this beer. it is almost overpowering. Same in the taste, but with a sweetness. There is also a strange corn pucker to the taste.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
