Bj's seems to rotate different kinds of hops into the Jeremiah and serve it cask.
This one was a week old when i got it. I would have preferred to get it fresh and peculating but hey, cask still beats anything on tap around here. It was still a good beer.
It was served room temp and had a huge beige head that clung to the side of the glass. It was long staying and awesome. The smell came off the head kind of sparkley and smelled of hop spice. Very good.
The beer was amazingly clear. I guess the week gave it time to settle.
The taste was mostly malts. A good example of a amber beer.
This was a good beer, but i can only imagine what it would have tasted like fresh!
