On-tap at the 2003 Pizza Port Strong Ale Fest. Medium brown color. Smallish head. Aroma is malty, bready, and spicy with a hint of banana and orange. A medium bodied abbey ale. Malts are fruity and sweet. Spicy and slightly sweet. Nice balance between sweet and spice. Very smooth taste. There is a touch of alcohol bite. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
