Going off of some old notes
Pours similar to regular Tatonka though with no nitro head
Present and clear barrel, but spicy and richer than regular Tatonka
I don't think the carbonation did this one any favors as I preferred the original and nitro combo.

Served on tap in a tulip glass
Appearance - The beer is served a black color with a tiny head of foam. The heads fast leaving a touch of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell - The aroma of the brew is strong of a roasted malt flavor with tons of chocolate and vanilla. Along with these smells comes some aromas of a sweet caramel and a big showing bourbon and alcohol, producing a nice roasty and warning taste overall.
Taste - The taste begins with a nice roasty and big chocolate malt taste. Along with these flavors comes lots of caramel and some boozy alcohol tastes. Toward the end of the taste some more booze and and a touch of smoke come to the tongue and leave one with nice sweet, roasty, and warming taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel- The body of the brew is slightly thicker and chewier with a carbonation level that is slightly lower. Overall the feel is awesome as makes for a very tasty drInker.
Overall - A nice and robust stout with a great roasty and boozy taste. Nice and toasty!!

This is one of the better "Brewhouse" beers I've had (brewhouse as in Granite City, Rock Bottom, etc). Pour is jet black, a little light leaking around the edges, tan head. Bourbon is really present on the nose, but so is cocoa and stone fruit.
The bourbon is also present on the taste, but the cocoa adds a creamy element to this that makes it a really nice beer that exceeded my expectations - by a lot.
