Cask-conditioned sampled 19 hours after tapping
Pours a light copper with a slight white collar of foam. Held to daylight, floaties suspended in solution are apparent, but scattered within reason for the style. PT 200 was dry hopped with English T200 hops, and they come through with a solid citrus and floral aroma.
This tasty offering opens quietly and transitions to a malty midtaste almost upon entry. The finish steals the show, however, with a grassy, grapefruit hop fade.
