Bright copper body capped with two full fingers of nearly stark-white foam. The first pint off the cask is exceedingly clear and free of sediment while exhibiting excellent lacing properties.

Malt dominates the nose with a few stray alcohol esters hanging about while Golding hops add a sandpaper-dry finish to this Jeckyll/Hyde brew. In between, expect to be treated to alternating English style malts and hops in very nice proportion to each other.

This beer was brewed in Woodland Hills by Fuller's Brewmaster Georgina Young while participating in a brewer exchange program with BJ's...and her expertise resulted in some of the finest (and freshest) cask-conditioned beer seen in Orange County.
