Pours with a yellow / transluscent body and a dense stark-white collar of foam with excellent density and retention properties. Nose is light with a slight barnyard aroma and a Belgian yeast backdrop.
Entry is smooth with supportive CO² levels...but relatively uneventful. Midtaste provides funky sweetness mixed with orange peel. The finish is very dry with a nice yeasty fade.
