Medium copper body that has cleared nicely through 2+ months of fermentation and lagering. This naturally fermented Oktoberfest sports a palate-pleasing mouthfeel and nice malty (though somewhat husky) bouquet.
Entry is highlighted by the tickle of just-right carbonation on the back of the tongue. Midtaste shows an intense malt bill...especially as the beer warms.
The finish begins German-style dry and ends with a worty / malt fade. Lightly hopped, smooth, and robust offering perfect for red meat and cooler weather.
