Medium copper body with very good clarity. Foam collar quickly dissipates into a ring around the straight-side pint glass. Timid nose is coaxed to give up hints of tropical fruit & Belgian yeast.
Entry is quiet and segues into a palate-pleasing sessionable mouthfeel. Midtaste is earthy malt with passion fruit back-up. The finish is bright & airy with a very nice Belgian yeast / spice fade.
This pint begins to show some sourness (in a good way) as it approaches cellar temperature.
