On-tap during happy hour, on to the beer:
The beer arrived an amber brown with orange hues and on top, a thin bubbly head. The aroma was fruity, similar to a fruit flavored club soda. At first taste, it was a little phenolic, but fruit tartness in the way of berry fruit juice led the way. Body was light, with a peppy carbonation that isn't harsh.
Overall, I thought it was more soda-like than beer like, but it's not bad, and it's in a style that's hard to locate. Give it a go if you're intersted in trying the style. I could see this being a hit with the non-beer crowd.
