Served in a tulip glass at the Allen Texas location
Pours a gem amber red clear body and an off white head
Nice citrus smell front lemony
Earthy citrus booze juicy hop with some sweet malt in there for good measure
Medium and well carbonated
Finally a beer at this place that makes it worth coming for. Love it. Wish I would have started with this

Had this one in Reno. Very pretty deep garnet color with brown tones.
smelled sweet and flowery, but the aroma was a bit muted.
surprised by the sizable yet smooth hop character, as I was expecting the malts to dominate. but the sweet, candy-like, spiced malt flavors were balanced by a surge of fresh hops that are primarily citrusy, grassy, and piney.
smooth drinking, though high abv (it is an imperial). i love red ales, so when I saw that their seasonal/special brew was an imperial red, I couldn't resist. paired nicely with their black and bleu burger, which is one of my favorite menu items.
