Our homage to the fearless souls who bravely charge into icy, watery depths each winter to experience a thrill and exhilaration like no other. Come on in, take the plunge!
The Plunge is a slightly hazy, golden, Belgian-style ale with a big, citrus aroma. This full-bodied, malty beer has big spice character that comes to life at first sip.
30 IBU

Hazy, dirty orange color, medium head. The aroma of yeast, citrus, and malt. The taste is very yeasty and sweet. Mild bitterness in the and. Drinkable, although it doesn't taste like winter beer.

Haven't had a Coney Island Beer in quite some time every beer that I ever tried has been retired and not brewed anymore! Picked this up at Carnivores in Oakmont.
A - Good start hazy amber brown color with a 1/2 inch of head that pulls back to a nice lace ring.
S - Coriander similar to a Witbier with some citrus bubblegum yeasts. Maybe ginger?
T - Lemon and Coriander similar to a Witbier but the taste kind of falls flat with a yeasty sugary sweetness. It's drinkable though!
M - Light to medium quite easy to drink for the ABV.
Overall its a interesting mix of flavors but both the carbonation and body make it fall flat. Have to agree just a touch more carbonation may bring a bit of "zip" to this beer

A - Golden honey color with a thin and creamy off white head.
S - Licorice, coriander, yeast, and ginger.
T - Coriander, yeast, ginger, a hint of lemon.
M - Medium body, light carbonation.
O - Don't love it, don't hate it. More carbonation to add some pizazz.
