Our Tart Cherry Berliner Weisse is a traditional, unfiltered, kettle soured weisse beer. This light-bodied sour beer is characterized by a malty, slightly sweet aroma with very little hop presence. Cherry juice balances a citrus-like tartness to create a refreshingly balanced finish.
