Gravesend Ghoul is a delicious Belgian beer brewed with ginger, orange blossom honey and blood orange, drawing its name and inspiration from the infamous Brooklyn neighborhood. Known for Revolutionary War battles and a political scandal, in which corpses were registered to vote, Gravesend is an eerily eccentric neighborhood like no other. In honor of those oddities, we created one of our own.

On-tap at Waterfront Ale House, New York, NY
A: The beer is hazy amber yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high light beige head that hardly died down and consistently left s short head covering the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of ginger are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of ginger along with notes of spices and hints of blood oranges. The spices become stronger as the beer warms up.
M: It feels medium-bodied in the palate and ha a moderate amount of carbonation
O: This is an interesting take on a Belgian Dubble that is very much spiced for the holidays.
