Cask. No sparkler. Clear straw with a wispy head. Spotty lacing.
English hops on the nose. Earthy and fruity. Grainy malt discerned.
A well balanced flavour representative of the aroma. Some meadow grasspresent. Sweet and bitter in moderation.
Soft yet well carbonated feel. Light to medium body yet with viscosity.
A revelation. A beer I've not heard of before. Why? A true English Pale bitter of the old school.

A beautiful pale sparkling colour reminscent of a light pilsner this forms a light white glossy head which at the very least rings the glass but recedes gradually. Despite the modest head size, it still looks very appetising and pure.
Dryish yeasty smell opens up a clean glossy bitterness on the tongue and pans out to be a firm persistent yet gentle bitterness which is supported by a light but very suave body. Sure, stready and beautiful. Plays on all the strengths of British brewing traditons without being boring or extreme. Just superbly complex and soothing.

Poured into a dimpled handled pint pot to give a golden champagne like body with a thin and wispy pure white head.
Malty aromas of digestive biscuit, grains and cheese wax
The taste is very sweet and fruity starting with a lemony zing with cheesecake hints then finishing on a hoptastic bitter tang.
Great mouthfeel and excellent carbonation make a thirst banishing tasty great ale.
Utterly fantastic beer, buy drink experience utopia XD
