Somewhat clear straw colour with a creamy white head. Decent head retention.
Banana and clove are all over this is reasonably quantity and balance. Pretty good really with a nice tart wheat undertone.
A lightly malty. Some banana and clove notes but there is a dominant bitterness that shouldn't be here.
Medium body with moderate carbonation. Okay.
This isn't a bad beer but the bitterness is out of whack for style and kills the beer.

Pours amber with a large, lasting head.
Nose shows doughy wheat and floral notes. Could use some clove of banana.... Reminds me of my own somewhat feeble attempt at a hefe.
Some wheat shows as a flavour, but not as much as I'd have hoped. Little else, just some faint spicy hops.
High carbonation works well.
