On tap at the Brewpub.
A: Served a Golen color, with a nice head that fades to some lacing.
S: Aroma of mild citrus with some malt sweetness and a hint of grain.
T: Quite fresh & clean. Taste of citrus, some malt sweetness and a bit of grain. Nice bitterness and a clean finish.
F: Fairly moderate body, crisp, smooth and refreshing. Has a bit more character than the average Pilsner. Nice balance.
O: Not a true Pilsner but still enjoyable.

Massive, rocky, off-white head. Slightly hazy orange colour. Fair.
Light citrussy nose with a touch of spice and malt.
Moderately malty. Light spicy hops and more fruit. Almost a pale ale rather than a pilsner. I wish it was a bit crisper and lighter on the malt.
Medium body with moderate carbonation.
A decent beer but not really a pilsner. This is certainly drinkable but it lacks depth and true pilsner character.
