Light yellow.... surprisingly short lived head... Apricot notes come off as stewed fruit and honestly sorta turn my stomach... Witbier elements are there I guess if you just mean light grainy wheatiness, not getting any of the common tang or spicing .. weird grassy/celery/vegetable note that is off-putting.. Really not good and only gets worse as it warms... Too bad, I suspected better for something so simple as a witbier and especially for Bittercreek's anniversary.
