An interesting beer. Strong hints of banana in the smell and taste. Not overly sweet as the scent would lead you to expect. A very drinkable beer. The kind of beer my wife can drink without making a "bitter beer face". May have been a little flat coming out of the tap at Brew and Blues at Poverty Bay in Washington. Great to see small local brewers offering up such great tasting beers.

A: Poured a light orangish color with good carbonation presenting a nice white cap, some lacing remains after a few sips
S: Immediate clove but not overpowering, remnants of honey but alot of green apples with a whiff of pears and booze
T: Immediate fresh green apple, booze sting and clove. I did detect a bit of honey sweetness on the back end
M: Clean, dry and crisp. Medioum body, easy to drink and the taste does not fall off on this beer. It is good start to finish.
O: Try it, do it...do it
