The brewer has this to say: tart and salty. Pours a pleasant pale straw colour, adorned with a fleeting white head that invites you to take a sip. The aroma of cucumber takes the spotlight, complimented by crackery malts, sea salt, and hints of grassy hops. There's more, but sorry guys, this gose is gross. I got half way through it before the sink pour. I bought it because it was new, and I am always after the next favourite beer. Call me a purist, but cucumbers do not belong in beer. I wouldn't have another even if you paid for it. Broadhead is a major player in the Ottawa craft market, and I have had many a fine brew out of them, but this was not one of them. My take: pours flat, no fizz, head lasts 20 seconds, the colour had a greenish tint (yuck), Aroma and taste of cuke, I did not pick up on sea salt or crackers. Watery mouthfeel. Nasty aftertaste. Even the following burp tasted like cukes. Nope nope nope.
