This is an interesting beer. "36 kreisla" refers to the 36 communities that make up the Bamberg District. This years beer is a "Fraenkisch Helles". The brewing is rotated throughout the Bamberg district to a common recipe - I tried it at Brauerei Hartmann. It poured from the tap a very slightly hazy golden color with a lovely white head that lasts a bit. Pleasant nose, with a great Fraenkisch flavor. Yum! Try it where it lands next!
